We are starting a Friend Referral Program! During this time of Covid we understand the need to feel safe while you are getting your treatments. To keep friends and family safe we appreciate your referrals.
We want to THANK YOU for sending new clients our way! For every 10 people you refer to us, we give you a FREE 60 minute massage!*
*To count towards a referral credit, clients must:-be new to Arnica Wellness Center and our therapists
.-book and pay for a Massage Therapy session (minimum 60 min)
-indicate on their health history form that they were referred and by whom
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
For all appointment cancellations or re-bookings, we require 24 hours notice or anytime during office hours 9-8 pm the day before your appointment. Same day or short notice (within 24 hours) cancellations are subject to a fee up to the full, service amount. No shows will be charged the full, service amount.
If an emergency occurs, our company offers understanding, flexibility and will do our best to re-book your appointment at no cost. If you do need to cancel the same day, we appreciate if you call in at the earliest convenience so we may attempt to fill that appointment. If the cancelled time gets re-booked with another client, we will eliminate all charges from your account.
